Universities, NGOs, government programmes and employers in Abbottabad and Mansehra enrol groups of women with us. Shared schedules, collection from your campus or office, female instructors on every lesson, and completion records your funder can use.
Teaching women in Hazara since 2016 · 5,000+ students trained · 5+ female instructors
Institutional programmes where women learning to drive is part of something larger — a degree, a livelihood project, a public skills scheme.
University
Driving training for women students and staff, arranged as group batches around the academic timetable, with pick & drop from campus or from home.
University
Group driving courses for female students and faculty, with female instructors throughout and admission handled without anyone having to leave campus.
NGO
Driving training for women supported through Alkhidmat programmes, where mobility is the practical barrier to work, study or care responsibilities.
Development partner
Women’s skills and mobility initiatives, where learning to drive is part of a wider programme rather than an end in itself.
Government
Provincial women’s skill development and mobility programmes delivered in Abbottabad, Mansehra and the wider Hazara division.
Each organisation above is named with its permission. Programme scope varies by partner — some are ongoing, others were delivered for a specific cohort or project period.
The same teaching individual learners get, arranged so an organisation can actually run it.
01
A cohort from one organisation trained together on a shared schedule, so training fits around shifts, lectures or programme timelines rather than cutting across them.
02
The school car collects participants from campus, office or home — the same free pick & drop that individual learners get, arranged as a route rather than one address.
03
Female instructors on every lesson, female staff on every pick-up. For most institutional partners this is the reason the programme is workable at all.
04
A simple record of who attended, what was covered and who completed — the reporting a funder or HR department actually needs.
05
Manual or automatic cars, scooty or motorcycle, chosen per participant rather than assigned. See our training vehicles.
06
Training for what the driving test checks, plus guidance through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa licence process. See licence training assistance.
Most women’s skills programmes in Hazara hit the same wall: the training exists, and the women cannot get to it. Transport is not a side issue in Abbottabad and Mansehra, it is usually the deciding one.
Free collection from home or campus removes that, and because every instructor and every driver is a woman, the arrangement clears the second obstacle too — family consent. Programmes that would otherwise lose half their cohort by week two finish with the cohort intact.
We have been teaching women in these two cities since 2016, which means the routes, the roads and the practical problems are familiar rather than theoretical.
