What we collect

When you contact us we receive what you choose to send: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, your city and area, the course you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.

We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or any other sensitive information through this website.

Why we hold it

Only to answer your enquiry, arrange lessons and organise pick and drop. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

WhatsApp messages

Messages you send to 0313 053 6070 are delivered through WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as ours. We keep the conversation so we can follow up on your enquiry.

Contact form

Details submitted through the contact form reach us as an enquiry and are used for the same purpose. The contact form opens WhatsApp on your own phone with your details filled in, so nothing is stored on this website. Your message reaches us only when you press send in WhatsApp, and we keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to arrange your lessons.

Photographs of learners are only published with permission. If you have appeared in a photograph on this website and would like it removed, message us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message 0313 053 6070 and we will act on it.
